Studio Policies

Rescheduling/Cancellation/No Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.

 

Adjustments can be made by going to your confirmation text/email and clicking "Manage My Appointment." If there is less than 48 hours notice you will need to contact Michelle directly by email CosmicBeautyStudio@gmail.com or by phone 262-875-2649

 

Appointments cancelled for any reason without 48 hours notice are subject to a 40% cancellation fee. 

 

Sickness 

If you or another person in your household has a contagious illness, please reach out to reschedule as soon as possible for a later date. Services cannot be received by anyone who has symptoms of a contagious illness such as fever, coughing, etc.

 

Late Arrival

If you arrive late to your appointment it may conflict with other confirmed appointment times. It is at your service provider’s discretion based on how much time is left in your time slot to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

 

Scheduling 

First-time clients are required to provide a card on file when booking their appointment. If there is a form required for your appointment, it will be sent via email and needs to be filled out ahead of time.

 

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remainder of the balance is due at the time of service.

 

Forms of Payment

Cash is preferred, credit/debit cards are also accepted as payment. A card on file is required to book an appointment. There are no refunds under any circumstances. 

Guests

Please do not bring children or anyone else to your appointment. Translators are the only exception.

Touch ups on PMU by another artist

If you have previous microblading/shading by another artist you must schedule an in-person consultation. All new clients for permanent makeup schedule as an initial session to receive touch up pricing in the future. You may be referred for removal treatments if your eyebrows are too dark or saturated to work over.
