Studio Policies

Rescheduling/Cancellation/No Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible by reaching out by email or by phone 262-875-2649


Appointments cancelled without 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Constant cancelling or rescheduling may require a deposit to rebook. No call/no show consultations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.


I ask you 𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 be mindful of how frequent or last minute cancelling/rescheduling can impact small businesses like mine that rely on every appointment scheduled.


Sickness or Family Emergencies 

If you or another person in your household has a contagious illness, please reach out to reschedule for a later date. Without 48 hours notice, the cancellation fee will still apply.


Late Arrival

If you arrive late to your appointment it may conflict with other confirmed appointment times. It is at your service provider’s discretion based on how much time is left in your time slot to cancel or reschedule an appointment which will incur the 50% cancellation fee.



First-time clients are required to provide a card on file when booking their appointment. If there is a form required for your appointment, it will be sent via email and needs to be filled out ahead of time.



All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remainder of the balance is due at the time of service.



Please do not bring children or anyone else to your appointment. Translators are the only exception and need to be approved prior to your appointment.


Forms of Payment

Cash is preferred, credit/debit cards are also accepted as payment. A card on file is required to book an appointment. There are no refunds under any circumstances. 


Touch ups on PMU by another artist

If you have previous microblading/shading by another artist you must schedule an in-person consultation. All new clients for permanent makeup schedule as an initial session to receive touch up pricing in the future. You may be referred for removal treatments if your eyebrows are too dark or saturated. 


Cosmic Beauty Studio strives to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all of our clients. I ask that all clients be courteous and respectful to all staff and other clients. Cosmic Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates studio policies or for any reason.
